About our opportunities.....

 

We envisage some upcoming opportunities in procurement and contract/ subcontract administration specialists.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations and established service levels and/ or benchmarks
  • Model Evolve FMs values, mission and vision
  • Provide data input to organisational performance reporting
  • Process improvement, problem solving and analysis within areas of accountability towards continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Management accountabilities(where applicable) and high performance of team
  • Delivering accountabilities assigned within the annual operational plan for area of responsibility.

We are always on the look out for motivated self-starters with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrive on building relationships and providing service excellence.

 

Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, while possessing a can-do attitude; ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar or transferrable role 
  • Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
  • Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery
  • Able to work within defined procedures and outputs
  • Experience contributing to a culture of inclusion and high performance
  • Computer literacy and excellent ms office skills
  • Experience in a similar industry would also be highly regarded

Candidates located in nearby areas could possibly be accommodated, providing regular travel to Canberra is possible, or if you are willing to relocate - we would encourage you to register your interest.
