About our opportunities.....

 

From time to time we have opportunities arise for administration/ business trainees and interns and graduates studying/ recently completed studies in relevant qualification areas to our business. 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations and established service levels and/ or benchmarks
  • Work to defined procedures and outputs keeping Evolve FMs image and reputation at the forefront of performance of role
  • Make suggestions to manager in ways to achieve service delivery efficiencies and/ or cost reductions within accountabilities
  • Assist Manger with continuous process improvement, problem solving and best practice reviews
  • Delivering accountabilities assigned within the annual operational plan for area of responsibility.

Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:

  • Able to work within defined procedures and outputs
  • Wiillingness to contribute to a culture of inclusion and high performance
  • Computer literacy and ms office skills
  • Model Evolve FMs values, mission and vision

Opportunities for traineeships, internships or graduates are generally only open to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples.

 

Candidates outside Canberra but willing to relocate should register their interest.
