About our opportunities.....

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer,  Client Relationship Managers are

members of the Evolve FM Leadership Team and is accountable for setting and achieving operational objectives for the teams in their area of responsibility, which ultimately contributes to the overall organisational strategy execution.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery meets expectations
• Model Evolve FMs values, mission and vision
• Data delivery to organisational performance reports
• Achievement of KPI’s and benchmarks for area of accountability
• Ensuring best practice, cost and value for money efficiencies through assuring and improving processes
• Program/ Project Management for initiatives in area of responsibility
• Management accountabilities and high performance of team
• Setting and delivering the annual operational plan for area of responsibility, derived from the organisational strategic objectives

About you ...

We are always on the look out for motivated self-starters with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrive on building relationships and providing service excellence.

Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, while possessing a can-do attitude; ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a senior account management/ client relationship leadership role within commercial property management/ facilities management or a transferable industry.
• Technical comprehension and experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management
• Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
• Proven experience in developing operational plans that contribute to meeting an organisation's strategic objectives.
• Track record of excellent stakeholder engagement, with a strong client focus, and dealing with people with different skill sets and responsibilities.
• Strategic thinking, strong financial acumen and highly developed analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance

While our headquarters is located in Canberra, roles could potentially be performed from Sydney or nearby regional areas providing regular travel to Canberra could be accommodated or your are willing to relocate.
