About our opportunities.....

 

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, Facilities Managers are accountable for managing their team of Facilities Administrators, continuous improvement projects, and subject matter area expertise to produce to established processes and perform problem solving, process improvement, analysis and refinement using organisational procedures, tools and techniques.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Client Relationship Managers with inputs to manage client relationships and promote superior Evolve FM facilities management service delivery
  • Achievement of service levels and timeframes, KPI’s and/ or other defined benchmarks
  • Provide data input to meet organisational performance report requirements
  • Process improvement, problem solving and analysis within areas of accountability towards continuous improvement and best practice
  • Management accountabilities and high performance of team including performance and talent management processes and plans
  • Delivering accountabilities assigned within the annual operational plan for area of responsibility

About you ...

 

We are always on the look out for motivated self-starters with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrive on building relationships and providing service excellence.

 

Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, while possessing a can-do attitude; ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Facilities Management experience within a fast paced and complex environment
  • Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
  • Track record of excellent stakeholder engagement, with a strong client focus, and dealing with people with different skill sets and responsibilities
  • Highly developed problem solving, process improvement, analytical, communication and customer service skills
  • Experience contributing to a culture of inclusion and high performance
  • Experience managing a team to achieve high performance
